I like language dictionaries... but does anyone know where to download a software that allows you to type other languages on your computer other than english? |

You don't need any additional software.
If you have Windows you just go to Control Panel, then you choose regional settings. You can add any keyboard setting you want. Chinese, Korean, German, Russian etc. Usually you can also choose advanced settings for every keyboard and adjust the input method. |
