The off Season

What type of hunting do you do in the winter time?

Well here there really aren't many things that we can do with all the snow on the ground. We do get to hunt coyotes and badgers and the good thing about them right now is that the pelts are nice and they can fetch a nice penny if you know what you are doing and don't destroy them.

Coyote pelts are going for cheap around here in KY. Not much money in it anymore.

It varies around here. In the winter when their pelts are really nice they go for about 35 a pelt and then good luck during the summer in the spring it can very but the best ones are the bobcats and the badgers. And the coyotes and the badgers here are such a nuisance that it is hunting all year on them.
