Hello and welcome to PaperScraps! We are so glad that you are here and we look forward to getting to know you. Please take a moment to read the rules of the forum. We want this forum to be a nice place for everyone to hang out on, so please take a minute to read our rules and thank you so much for abiding by them.

1. Let's keep the site rated G. Any content deemed inappropriate by the Administrator or moderators will be removed. We want this site to be the kind of site that our kids can come to so no obscenity, nudity, or bad language, no links or references to gambling, illegal drugs, adult content, etc.. In other words, no references to things that are unsuitable for viewing by children- we do have to set a good example. Any members posting inappropriate content will be banned.

2. Please remember to play nice. Name calling, flaming, etc. will not be tolerated and any posts containing such will be deleted. It's okay to discuss things nicely and with respect, if you have a difference of opinion, as that is what makes the world such an interesting place.

3. Please do not post anything that is not yours. There are copyright issues involved and we don't want to violate them. Any posts that violate copyrights will be removed.

4. Please be respectful of this forum. This is a PAPERCRAFTING forum. If you are not interested in papercrafting, please do not join. Please do not post links to sites as per rules #1 to drive traffic to your site. They will be deleted promptly and the poster will be banned from this forum.

Swap Hostess Rules:
1. Please make sure you complete your swaps as others are depending on you and have put out their hard earned money to buy materials for the swaps and invested time in completing the swap items.

2. If you hostess a swap, please be sure to complete the swap in a timely fashion.

3. Understanding that sometimes circumstances arise that are beyond our control, please see rule #4. Hostesses that do not abide by the rules of hostessing will have their swap hostess priviledges suspended.

4. If circumstances should arise that prevent you from completing your swap or doing so in a timely fashion, please contact someone in your swap to ask them if they can and will complete your swap. It will be your responsibilty to work out the details with the substitute hostess to get the swap items to her/him.

5. Please be diligent in keeping your swap participants informed of what is happening with the swap.

Swapper Rules:
1. Please complete your swap by the swap deadline set by your hostess. If you believe you will not be able to, then please notify your hostess as soon as possible.

2. We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond our control occur, but if a swapper is consistent with not being able to complete swaps, then we ask that you no longer participate in swaps until you are able to do so.

Swapping is a priviledge and both swap hostesses and swappers have a responsibility to complete the swaps they participate in in a timely manner. Please remember that others are depending on you in the swap and treat them as you would want to be treated, i.e. abiding by the rules above. Because swapping is a priviledge, it is possible to lose your swapping priviledges, so please consider this when signing up to do swaps.
