I dont even know how many people read this thread but I'm going to post here because I have alot to say.......

• What the hell is going on with the 24 team...Bad stops, bad calls and not being able to have the car dialed in at the end of the race (the same could be said about Jr)...Did it ever cross Steve Letarte's mind that maybe the 24 should pit after the fender got pushed onto the tire? I know at the time it was not smoking but it sure did smoke after the contact.....To me to stay out was a gamble,being so close to the bubble for the chase is not the a place to gamble. Now the 24 is on the bubble and maybe looking at not making the chase.Last season he set a new record for top tens and averaged a seventh place finish for the season. His "Drive for 5" is in its 7th year. I think he has in him, but just don't think it will happen...IMO. But he is one of the best in Nascar today.....When its all said and done the Pre COT days will be known as Earnhardt and Gordon days.....(notice dales name 1st)
  
  
• I have been reading on other boards about the bad call that Eury made about not getting tires....I think there was call to be made for the 88 team,they needed to stay on the track. The 88's only chance to win this race was to stay out and try to get track position and hope like hell he could hold them off. I just didn't see the 88 having a shot to win with pitting. This close to the chase the points don't really mean much.....As seen today by 18 team if they would have finish 2nd or 43, without a win, it will not impact there chances toward being a Champion....Everyone in the top 5 are racing for 30 points over the next 3 races.
  
  
• Denny Hamlin is cracking under the pressure. I have seen 2 interviews with him in the past 2 days (after Qual & race) and all I could hear was "we cant","don't know why" and "don't know how". Hes feeling the pressure. He seems to be in a hurry, Maybe that's why his motor pinged....
  
  
• Matt Kenseth is like a robot this time of year I think him and JJ are the only 2 drivers to make the chase every year since it started.....Kenseth is the only driver to win a Championship with only 1 win and the only driver to be the points leader 34 of 36 races, If there will ever be a driver that could win the championship and never win a race it would Kenseth....Don't think that it will happen this year because of the lead the 18 will have....But if it did Kenseth would be the guy to do it..
  
  
• I know most people hate Kyle Busch but you have to give the whole 18 team and crew credit, I cant remember when they last had a bad pit stop or made a bad call. Seem like the races he wins the crew works on the car the whole race...His commutation with Addington is helping that team more then any one certain thing IMO So many times we have heard about the car being junk at the start and up front at the end.....Anyone remember the Rainbow Warriors?

Now to add to the Nascar Seen, JGR is nailed for putting maganets under the gas peddle so the car wouldnt throttle all the way up on the wheel dyno "YIKES" !!! big trouble for trying to slip one under officals noises !!!!!
