The Roles We Play

Ok here i go again...why doesn't anybody else have an idea ever? well anyways, what i kinda was thinking was something along the lines of like lord of the rings, except no one ring to rule them all kinda thing going on. What i was thinking was that we get a whole bunch of people and they can start as any kind of person they want, like a blacksmith, rogue, imperial soldier, or just a leader of the bad guys...right so you can be on either side you want (good/evil) or just a middle power like a mercenary, where whoever pays you the most you join or what you feel is right. I would like to keep the whole magical feel out of it, so that way it is a little more realistic so no 7'6 tall people, or stuff like that, no magicians, unless its like gun powder bombs or something (this will be just before gunpowder is widely used, so like when it is first being discovered). But yah your paths can cross with another characters, either out of hatred, peace, or coincidence (you may need to find more to help you in your quest becuase of the constant raids and attacks from the north or where ever) oh and i will say that there will be blood...Cause of course you can't have a good RP without some blood shed...So in a sense its kinda like War Torn, but its not at the same time, cause we don't get our own army, we just get ourselves and whoever we befriend. And be sure to choose your friends wisely in this RP, because you never know who will be with you or agaisnt you...umm...yah i think that is about it for now....i could probably go on for a bit but i think i'll let the rest of you read and see what you kinda think...well not kinda, i want to know what you think of this idea...

I like this idea. You should make a thread for it in the OOC forum and develop it a bit further. Things like a character skeleton, history of the land, rules, etc.
If you do, then I'm in! :geek:
