Jimmy, the best time to buy a new car is at the end of any month or at the end of the year. All dealers get cars allocated by the amount of cars they sell. For example if a dealer sells a lot of cars every month Ford will allocate them more cars, with the most popular packages, if I'm a dealership that doesnt sell very many i will get the cheapest cars to sell, like the once that have no power windows. So at the end of the month they have to meet a certain goal set by the manufacture, thats when they are sweating bullets to try and sell them. Also the salesman will be more willing to get your deal done when you negotiate with him, because there is bonus money for salesmen that sell the most cars, so if they need one or two cars to sell, to make the bonus they will most likely sell you the car cheap.
