Jil filing for BK should be your last resort, i suggest you try to fix your credit by following some of the advice posted on my website http://www.adviceontime.com/Credit%20Talk.htm also check out the credit blog. Dont worry hang in there! After you have read all the articles and you still feel that you need to file for BK, then at least you had enough info. to make a good desicion.
