~~~Barbara Berjer's *Bridget* has always been one of my favs.
I spotted her immediately today in an epi of Law&Order
titled "Passion" from 1997. No Scottish accent, but I knew it
was BB as soon as she offered the detectives some homemade
muffins. She looked adorable in her sunhat planting daffodils.

has died of pneumonia after decades as a soap opera star.
Born in Seattle in 1920, Ms. Berjer's acting career began with drama studies at the University of Washington.
She was active in the early days of Seattle's children's theater before heading off to the big time
in Chicago and New York,
said her nephew, Seattle Weekly editor Knute Berger.
"She's a local girl who went off to make her fame and fortune in theater and television," Berger said.

That's a great banner except for two things: Cass and Frankie aren't pictured together like Dean and Jenna, John and Sharlene, Michael and Donna, and Jake and Paulina, and you know who I'd take out of it, and I don't mean Grant! It's the person who's beneath Rachel (pun intended), and in between AmanDUH and Matt. If we replaced THAT WOMAN with, oh let's say AC's Lorna! Or Morgan Winthrop, or Bridget, or Ada, then it would be perfect!
