June 11th is Stephen Schnetzer's 60th Birthday
Shall we do "The Orient Express"?
Or, take a 'trip' back to the '60's?

OMG!! I almost forgot!!! We sooooo gotta do something!!!!
I'm gonna have to check the vault for SS items at lunch. I know I have at least one.
BTW ~ I can still envision the entire cast (lead by Randy Brooks aka "Marshall Kramer") singin' *Under the Boardwalk* in their 1960's garb. Fun times!!!

Hey, you three bimbos standing behind Cass--especially you there with your chin resting on the top of his head, you...well, you know what you are--BACK OFF!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAD to say it.
I'm making myself wait to see the "Honeymoon on the Orient Express" in context. Plus I still cringe whenever I even think of THAT WOMAN, and I've seen enough Psychole lately to last me quite a while here, and I always hated Cesspool, as I nicknamed her.
But YEAH, that's right, tomorrow is SS's birthday! He's going to be 60, do you believe that? He sure doesn't look it!
LOVE Stephen and Alice in the cast pic from the '60s. They both look so happy! But who's the woman standing in between Linda and Alice, and in front of Mark Pinter? I know or recognize everyone else but her.
Count me in for the celebration tomorrow!

Darn work 'puter never lets me get the Direct vids!! (okay, so dey's bein' smart about dat!)

I think Linda looked a bit like Joann Worley{remember "Laugh-In"?} in this episode:
I remember thinking the same thing when that epi aired on NBC!! BTW ~ remember when LD had a pic of her, Rosie and Worley on her website? Maybe they're friends and LD modeled *Felicia* after Joann for that epi (30th Anniversary).
And yes, I remember Laugh-In. And not just from YT. I think I actually saw it on TV. Maybe I saw it in reruns YEARS later? Yeah, that's it, reruns. YEARS later. Years. LOL!!!

Okay, it's Robin Christopher. That makes sense.

Sorry, Amy, but I LOVE that pic of Cass & his women and once you see how that's addressed in the mini-movie, I hope you feel the same.
Believe me, I hope so too! It's Cass and Frankie, so I *want* to love it. I'll put it this way: as long as those three get theirs, and get the message that Cass forever belongs with Frankie, and that he's with Frankie because he loves her and ONLY her and because he WANTS to be with her, I'll love it.
This is reminding me of the conversation I had with Suzanne about "Summer Desire" when she offered to make me a copy.
ME: "Are Cass and Frankie in it?"
SUZANNE: "Oh yeah!"
ME: "Are they being romantic?"
SUZANNE: "Define 'romantic.'"
ME: "If they fight, they make up from it, and they kiss at least once."
SUZANNE :"They're definitely being romantic."
ME: "I'll take it!"
And I do LOVE Cass and Frankie is "Summer Desire."
And now, a salute to the man of the hour...
Happy 60th birthday, Stephen, and many, many more!
Laugh-In!!!! Do I know Laugh-In? You bet your sweet bippy I do! No need to sock it to me. I don't even have to look it up in my Funk and Wagnalls. I saw the show that originated from beautiful downtown Burbank on Nick at Nite. In fact, when I was in the sixth grade, I refused to go to bed until Laugh-In was over at 10! Mom, who never saw the appeal of Laugh-In, couldn't understand why I found it so funny.

"Time Zones" just for you Nettie:
Couldn't see these yesterday at work but dat's too phunny!! How many times have we talked about me eating lunch while Wendy is working on dinner!!! Love Goldie Hawn!! "Overboard" and "First Wives Club" can make any bad day better!
You know that bit between Dan Rowan and Sammy Davis, Jr. that starts at 4:45 in the first vid would NEVER make it on the air to day given the whole PC thing {chuckles quietly cuz she found it very funny}.
