I've seen the clips on Jamie's sexual harassment suit. I didn't watch at the time so I don't know the background. I know Jamie and Marley were already broken up and Kelsey Harrison was involved with Jamie. Was sneaky Jake behind the suit or was it someone else? I hope it wasn't Jake. Despite his intense rivalry with Jamie, I know he loved Paulina much more. Anyone care to comment?
From I read and heard from the AWHP website, Jake filmed Jamie and Kelsey. He made the tape and edit it. He sent it secretly.

So a supervisor saw it and it caused a lawsuit? I guess I'm not understanding how that was a part to cause the lawsuit. Did anyone find out it was Jake?
From what I remember of that storyline, the lawsuit came about because Jamie chose another resident over Kelsey for some program or other at the hospital. I think Jamie admitted that part of the reason he passed over Kelsey for the post was because he was involved with her(and shouldn't have been) and was afraid it would look like favoritism if he did choose her. She was every bit as qualified for the position as the guy who got it so she brought a sexual discrimination suit against Jamie and the hospital. Cass represented Jamie in the suit and Frankie sided with Kelsey. To me, Kelsey was one of those characters that they brought on and never quite knew what to do with. She did end up marrying John but as soon as Sharlene/a.k.a. Kate Baker returned to town that was the end of that.....and the end of Kelsey.
