I'm sure most of you have a job or have had a job. Also, I'm sure most have had to work with people who are hard to work with. Any tips on how to deal with someone who is negative, whiny and always saying they are sick while you are working with them?
I look forward to hearing different opinions.

Hi Sharon:
Sometimes only time seems to resolve
some situations. I remember one time
a co-worker told me that my behavior
was not reflecting the real me and if I
didn't change, I could get myself into
real trouble. She said that if the
co-workers could see it, management
definitely could. She said it in a very
firm but polite manner, and it helped
me to change my behavior for the
better. You can share my experience
with your co-worker if you want.
Hugs,
Chase |

Thanks for your great advice Chase. I will certainly keep it in mind. Last time I worked with her she was not as bad. I tried not to talk too much to avoid getting anything started. I agree sometimes time resolves things. It takes time to get to know who a person is and how best to deal with them.
Thanks again,

Welky Sharon, and it sounds like
you are handling the situation great.
One of my friends tells lots of peeps:
"Sometimes all we can do is love 'em
and pray for 'em."
