Speakin' of in-laws ~
Every time my MIL comes over she has to inspect the flowers in the walkway leadin' to the door and if there's a dead one (and those with geraniums know you get them ALL the time), the first thing she sez when I answer the door is not "Hello" but "You need to deadhead" (nevermind that it's the FIL dat takes care of their yard, she doesn't do a thing). Anyhoo ~ the other day I open the door and she sez "You got dandelions on your parking strip." I told her to make sure she ran them over when she drove away. She couldn't find any dead flowers cuz we had spruced them up so she had to find SOMETHING to complain about.
In-law Story #2 ~
So I order an anniversary gift for the DH on-line and have it shipped 3-day express (he saw something he wanted at the last minute so I wanted to surprise him and had to expedite shipping). I didn't want it shipped to the house for obvious reasons, not to work cuz that address is still new, not to my folks cuz then I would have trek over and get it so had it shipped to in-laws (dat live TOO close). When I went to pick it up, the box was opened. The FIL sheepishly claimed they opened it on accident (oh, is yer name Nettie?). Talk about nosey!!! I should order one of them snake-in-a-can thingees and have it shipped to them so's it flies at them when they open "on accident." LOL!!!

LOL...Nah, he was talkin' about Uncle Bill's House. Me thinks he knows my nerves are fried as far as my house is concerned & would never say anything like dat to me directly cuz his nads would be in his throat.
The DH's cousin asked us to live in Bill's house while we build cuz she's seen the work we've done to this house & eventually wants to sell & hopes we can do the same for her...Hate to tell her, noway in hell will I do dat kinda work to Bill's house...Me luved Bill & miss him greatly but we won't see any of the profits from the sell of Bill's house, so I'm NOT gonna kill myself over it!
Ok, I fixed his flower beds & the DH fixed some of the tile work in the bathroom(some idiot jacked the house up & popped the tile off the wall), but I'm only plannin' on keepin' it clean & presentable...If she wants anything else done, she can come off the hip with some MONEY!
Ya know, me thinks me & the yer MIL would get along nicely cuz I would prolly say the same thing if I walked to yer door...lol! 
OMG, did ya tar & feather the FIL??? I wudda strung him up! I think he deserves a good bitch slap!
