Wow!! The things I learn from this board (and the Urban Dictionary!) *Toyboy* *Camel balls* ~ and that ship captain thing (okay, now I am embarrassed that I forgot what it was! I remember WHAT it was just not the urban slang for it)
Kelly Ripa!! I'm surprised that she has NOT done DWTS yet.
Brooke may be the one to beat this season.

Me didn't make the banner, me *plucked* it from the bucket then edited it a bit to remove some verbage and made it smaller to fit here. I tried to find one with Cloris but this was the only one that included 4 shots. I still haven't figured out how to link pics together for a banner, either using PaintShop or Photobucket's editing program.
I think she did drop the *f* bomb!

Lucci is a queen of day time but man she was awful on Dancing! Also is it just me or did she just all of the sudden age? Sad really.
Cloris OMG she is a hoot but she was awful! Then again for 82 she rocked.
Brooke was great and after 4 kids OMG! WOW I wish I could look like that after 2 kids!

She is pretty bad. I think part of her problem is that she's too self-conscious-----her "acting" comes across the same way. As for her looks, maybe the folks at AMC are extra careful about how they light her or maybe they've been filming her through a "gauzey" camera lens. I do think she's too heavily made-up on DWTS, but so are a lot of the other female celebs. Maybe Carrie Ann was right and she just needs to pack on a few pounds.
At any rate, I'm going to miss Ted McGinley. He wasn't the greatest dancer but he sure was nice to look at. |

I'm really excited about DWTS this season. My 3 favorite couples this year are Toni and Alex, Misty May and Maks and Susan and Tony. I like Susan because I've watched her for years on AMC. Hopefully she will improve. One thing I like this year is that it looks like anyone could win. Mark Ballas sure looks like his dad Corky. Last night right after Kim became safe I felt that Ted would be voted out. I know this is terrible to say but Cheryl looks like she has put on a few pounds.(not that I have a right to talk) It's surprising with all the dancing she does. Looking forward to next week!

What a shame that Misty and Maks are done for the season. I think they definitely would have made it into the final three. I know a lot of Maks' fans must be terribly disappointed after missing him last season. Hopefully he'll be back and, once her injury is healed, maybe they'll bring Misty back in a different season and give her another chance to compete. Seems only fair.
I'm thinking they might not eliminate anyone else this week since they've already lost one couple and do have "x" amount of weeks to fill on the ABC schedule. |

Yes Tofu_lover I was really disappointed last night mainly because I was so excited to have Maks back this season. I hope Misty has a speedy recovery. It would be great if she could come back but I won't hold my breath.
I was thinking just like you. The probably won't eliminate anyone tonight because it will mess up their schedule too much. The show is doing great in the ratings. Personally I find it a great distraction from the nonstop election coverage.
