DISCLAIMER: THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT FOR THE DIE HARD CASS & FRANKIE FANS!!
But...for those of you who like to think along with me that Frankie is back in Chadwell, Oklahoma, working on obtaining her P.I. license and developing into the wonderful woman that Cass will grow to love later...
All six parts of the wedding are posted. I love this particular wedding for so many reasons (other than C&K) and loved seeing, among others, Wally, Felicia, Mac, Vince (played by Duke Stroud) and Mary McKinnon, Ada, Maisie, 14 year old Matthew. At least one of the parts was directed by Christopher Goutman, who would later become the EP then move to ATWT and do the same there. Here are some of my thoughts on the individual parts ~
Spoiler:
Part I:
Contains one of the few scenes I have watched with Cass, Felicia & Wally together. Very sweet Cass/Wally moment that gives way to an even sweeter Cass/Felicia moment when she thanks him for asking her to take her late husband Zane's place as Cass's best man. Little did they know that she would be his *best man* at ALL of his weddings.
Reginald Love. Loved to hate him.
Part II:
The Ceremony of the Candles ~ sooo touching when Cass takes both Wally & Felicia's hands and joins them together as he introduces his "parents" at the Unity Candle. Wally lights the first candle and hands it to Felicia (*handprint on my heart*).
MJ's voice ~ I never thought Sally Spencer was a great actress but boy could she sing. She gave me chills when she sang C&K's song.
Mac & Rachel ~ When he took her hand and kissed it and said "I'm so glad I'm married to you," well, that made my heart pittery-patter. 'Course Rachel goes and walks all over that at the reception when she makes googly eyes at Mitch. 1986 was a lot like 1981 for Mac.
Reggie makes quite the entrance.
Part III ~
Reggie is sent on his way, without Mary, who takes her rightful place beside Vince as mother of the bride.
Loved seeing Ada & Maisie together.
The priest was a hoot!! I never had a priest like that.
The look of disdain on Mac's face as he gets a glimpse of the wedding photographer is priceless. Unfortunately, he can thank Felicia for Mitch getting the photog gig. It was Phase I of her plan to rehabilitate Mitch. Which, in case anyone's interested, actually worked.
Loved seeing two great actresses together ~ LD's "Felicia" befriends DA "Mary." The characters would become good friends despite a shaky beginning. Mary McKinnon was actually my second fave McKinnon.
Part IV ~
Rachel & Mitch continue to cause Mac to flashback to 1981. Felicia does attempt to diffuse the situation but it would actually take months for this all to play out.
This must have been the beginning of Adam and MJ.
And Cheryl & Scott ~ dubbed "Squaral" on other boards. I can't watch them any more than I can Jamie & Marley.
I'm thinking the two dead hookers were the first two Sin Stalker victims.
Parts V & VI ~
Ada once again trying to explain *R&M* to Mac. He's not buying it.
Young Matthew was such a cutie.
The nuns were cracking me up doing the limbo and just havin' a good old time.
Peter Love, Brittany & Reggie were a reminder that not everyone was in a celebratory mood in Bay City.

Back in the pre-Frankie days, Cass and
Kathleen were one of my favorite couples,
but during the Frankie/Cass/Kathleen storyline,
I was 100% on Frankie's side. _________________ These ain't PEACOCK feathers I'm shakin'!
