Spoiler:

Was I fooled like everyone else in Bay City (esp. Sandy) in thinking that Cecile was actually sincere when she having that convo in bed with Sandy?  She seemed to drop that "act" she has going on most of the time.  'Course, the Queen  Laughing of Devious reappeared in her answers about Chapter 7.  (ummm...what's Chapter 7?)

Blaine's a piece of work isn't she?  BEYOTCH!

I wonder if one of those pinball machines ended up in the Winthrop Law Offices 10 years later...

That was some nice little blue/purple jumpsuit Clarice was wearing around the house.  Oh, and I can't stand it any more either, Clarice!

Yes, Sally is quite the blabber mouth.  She seems to think the baby is Jamie's and is dying to find out.  Looks like she has too much time on her hands and is worried about others.

So is Clarice going to be attacked soon so the story can end soon?  The writers at the time must have thought the viewers were pretty dumb not to realize Jerry is the stalker.  Rhonda should be happy Jerry is ignoring her.

Jamie shouldn't be depressed about not being with Cecile with all the women after him now.  I wonder if Marianne will catch him with that bartender?

Spoiler:

Sally blabbed to Jamie that Cecile is pregnant! I can't say I'm surprised; she's the last person I would trust to keep a secret. And I'm not sure I believe all that "I thought you had a right to know" stuff she was saying to Jamie afterwards. Right now, Jamie insists that it's Sandy's baby and not Cecile's. I wonder what changes his mind and makes him think the baby could be his?

Sandy and Cecile are positively nauseating, and I don't mean Cecile's morning sickness, either! Cecile's sudden fit of conscience was surprising to me--telling Sandy, "I never thought anyone could love me, not really," and wondering why Sandy loves her after the way she caused such a rift between him and Jamie, "I've come between you and your brother, your best friend, I almost came between you and your father..." If he knew half the lies Cecile has told, I don't think Sandy would be nearly so forgiving of Cecile. It was interesting hearing Sandy talk about how his past colored his perspective of love. I could have thrown up when Sandy said he saw a lot of himself in Cecile. I don't! I see a lot of Mac in Sandy, but I don't see anything of Sandy in Cecile! It'll be even more interesting when Sandy finds out about Cecile's lies. I swear, Sandy, Jamie, Donna's brother Peter Love, and Cass should form a club: Men Who Survived Being Romantically Involved With Cecile dePougliniac.

It's about time Rick gave Marianne a taste of her own medicine. She obviously doesn't know who or what she really wants. She forgot all about her date with Jamie and agreed to go to Philadelphia with Rick and Kit to see their father, who is now off the critical list following his surgery and wants to see them. Then Blaine gets mixed up in it--and we know her motives are far from pure--and tells Rick about Marianne's date with Jamie. Jamie obviously wasn't THAT bothered by it, since he let that barmaid Dulcie kiss him and agreed to walk her home. He may have been down at first, but he didn't stay down for long. Then Rick tells Marianne to forget about going to Philly with him, because "Dad and I don't want to spoil anything so important" as her date with Jamie. Marianne had that one coming!

I liked seeing Jamie stand up to that punk that was harassing him at work calling him "College Boy" and then picking on Dulcie at the bar.

Jerry is getting exceedingly creepy! Not only is he still making the phone calls to Clarice where he's breathing into the phone, but now he tells her that he cares about her and he wants to hold her and protect her. How can they NOT recognize that it's Jerry's voice? Rhonda should be glad he hasn't called her in a week! He's a total psycho!

Sandy found that copy of Chapter Seven of Mac's memoirs in one of Cecile's dresser drawers. Sure, she said it was Jamie's, but she never answered Sandy's questions about how did it get there, and if Jamie had it all that time, why didn't he show it to Mac to prove that Jamie wasn't lying about having read a copy of Chapter Seven?

Then Sandy asks Cecile, when she starts to feel sick again, "Are you keeping something from me?" Sandy would have had a better shot at getting an answer if he'd gone to Sally! Or even to Jamie! Cecile lied and said she wasn't, and Sandy told her she has to keep telling him things and they can't keep secrets from one another. Wait until he finds out the secret Cecile has been sitting on!
