Got any Classics that you can't wait to see the Holiday epi's for every year(TV shows...Not movies...we'll get to that later...lol)???
I do...Home Improvement!! I luv the Christmas epi's!! I even luv to watch them in the summer(although it ain't as special).
Also remember lookin' forward to this time of year when the Soaps would be all decked out...Least we got Hulu now!! _________________ http://www.freewebs.com/eplinlover/index.htm
How I Met Your Mother, which so far has had one Christmas episode ("How Lily Stole Christmas," Season 2) and one New Year's Eve episode ("The Limo," Season 1). (They've also had two AWESOME Thanksgiving episodes, "Belly Full of Turkey" from season 1, and "Slapsgiving" from season 3.)
Everybody Loves Raymond. I watch all of their Thanksgiving AND Christmas episodes on Thanksgiving Day.
The Dick Van Dyke Show, without a doubt--"The Alan Brady Show Presents," from season 3.
The 1989 and 1992 Christmas episodes of Murphy Brown are something of a tradition with me and my mom. I have half the dialogue from the 1989 episode memorized, I've seen it so many times.
("Frank was in Lord and Taylor last weekend at the jewelry counter, buying an expensive pair of earrings. Now we all know Vicky in accounting told him to go to hell last week, so they can't be for her..."
"Here ya go, Miles. Phil's contribution to your Christmas charity drive."
"Thank you, Phil. But it's a non-denominational, non-sectarian, *holiday* charity drive."
"Is it tax deductible?"
"Yes."
"Then you can call it anything you want."
"I wander through stores for hours agonizing over wht to buy people, and before I know it, it's Christmas Eve, and I'm at the drugstore on the corner, buying whatever's left. And let me tell you, if you're getting somebody a hemorrhoid pillow for Christmas, you'd better write a REALLY funny card to go with it, or chances are she's not goin' out with you again!"
"You're giving me a rodent cookie jar? THAT'S what you think of me?!?! That I'm the kind of person who'd like to stick her hand in a rat's head for a cookie?!")
I Love Lucy. I just watched that last night, as a matter of fact.
And Wings! I haven't even seen all of the Wings Christmas episodes yet! I'm looking forward to it though. They had one almost every season I think.
Oh, and the seasons 1 and 2 Christmas episodes of Family Ties.
The Brady Bunch, definitely.
And the Christmas episode of The Jeffersons where Lionel and Jenny get married on the spur of the moment on Christmas Eve after returning from picking up their marriage license, with help from Louise, Helen, Florence, and Mr. Bentley (and a Baptist minister who brought a group of carolers to the Jeffersons' apartment), so that George and Tom will stop fighting about the wedding. They were both so upset about it...at least until George found out that the "honky" preacher was a Baptist minister, because he had insisted Lionel get married in their church, which was Baptist, which angered Tom because he wanted his favorite nephew, who was an Episcopalian minister, to perform the ceremony. So then George was like, "In your face, Willis! I got my Baptist preacher, even if he was a honky!" Ah, the good old politically incorrect '70s.
Wow? There are Christmas epi's of old shows floating around out there somewhere? I don't remember any from the old(en) days.
BUT loved me the Another World Christmas/Holiday shows ('cept in 1989 when Mitch was sniffing around Rachel...wait...wasn't there that Felicia/Lucas smooch under the *invisible* mistletoe? Okay, maybe it wasn't so bad.)

Yes, there was: Felicia and Lucas kissed beneath *make-believe* mistletoe in 1989.
Our *AG*'s series of vids featuring *Cass&Frankie*'s first
Christmas together in 1989 is a delightful way to catch the
magical feeling of the holiday season.
KT ~ we must have been feelin' the same *vibe* again cuz I watched that Felicia/Cass video a few times myself last night!!
"Are you finished with all that junk you just said?" LOL
LOVED it when Cass kissed Felicia on the nose. Best BFF's in daytime. Oh, and the rest of the episode (or the one that followed, not sure if there were more than one) with Cass & Frankie at TOPS was not too shabby either!
