I think this is where Joey and Kit leave, now that they've decided to elope. I'll miss them. They were a great couple and great characters, and I also liked the sibling relationship between Kit and Rick. But at least they got their happy ending, and that's important. I'll miss them, though.
Sandy got a BIG wake-up call regarding Cecile, WOO HOO!!!!! Jamie told him how Cecile lied that they'd been sleeping together for months, and Sandy's reaction FINALLY did not disappoint. I LOVED Jamie telling Sandy, when Sandy asked why Cecile would lie, that Cecile doesn't know how to be honest. You could just see on Sandy's face that he feels sick at learning this is the reason why Jamie has been hating him and avoiding him, and how much he wanted Jamie to believe him when he swore to Jamie that it didn't really happen that way. He also feels angry and foolish that Cecile lied to him. Jamie was right: Cecile can't be honest. Sandy tearing into Cecile for her lies was BEAUTIFUL! And he unknowingly hit the nail on the head when he said for all he knows, she's lying to him right now. She is, about the baby. I literally applauded when he walked out while she was crying her crocodile tears and begging him not to leave and yelled out, "BRAVO, SANDY!!!! Now THAT is Mac Cory's son!" I hope Mac finds out about all of this soon! Looks like Sandy is finally starting to get his brain back.
Mac compared Alice to Rachel, and how he always wanted Rachel to tell him the truth about everything but he'll let Alice have her secrets that don't involve him (except this one DOES involve you, Mac--and Rachel, and Jamie, and Alice). Yet another reason this marriage between Mac and Alice is ill-fated before it even gets out of the starting gate. Douglass Watson is a wonderful dancer. I wish I had some footage of him dancing with Victoria Wyndham, as I'd like to do a video of the many couples of AW slow dancing, and Mac and Rachel are the only couple I don't have any footage of (well, them, and Catlin and Sally, but I kind of don't want to wait two years to do this video, LOL).
Jamie overheard Steve Frame refer to himself as "a poor kid from Oklahoma." I think that's got to have him wondering. And I don't think Jamie is going to take it any better than Alice did when he finds out Steve was alive and out there all those years. But I have to say, Steve deserves this.
And Rick and Blaine have established that they haven't done anything...yet. I hope they never do. It would be really out of character for Rick.
