Technically he's a puppet--Walter. He bears something of a resemblance to the late, great Peter Boyle when he played Frank Barone on one of my all-time favorite shows Everybody Loves Raymond and he is the funniest "grumpy old man" ever! I came across this at YouTube by a happy accident, and although Walter's "voice," comedian Jeff Dunham, has other characters, Walter is the funniest one. Here are a few of Walter's greatest bits:
