~~~Thanks to our fav 'good guy' *Joey*,
we {Another World} made it to
Late Night with Jimmy Fallon Friday night.
I just watched my dvr of the show, and Ray not only
spoke fondly{as he usually does} of his AW days...
Jimmy 'prompted' him to tell his s/l. It starts with a pic of
*Joey&Eileen* getting married, and ends with Ray saying that
*Joey&Kit* are still skiing somewhere in Switzerland.
<insert trademark Liotta laugh>
I loved the nod to their last scene together. 
Jimmy fessed up that he was always a GH fan...
Ray made him explain WHY he didn't watch Another World.

I just watched Ray Liotta on Jimmy Kimmel on Hulu. It was great hearing about Another World. Thanks for letting us know about it. AW even made it on late night tv. It was nice to see how fondly he referred to his time on the show. Go AW!!!!  |

Thanks KT fer tellin' us about RL on Jimmy Fallon ~ I watched it as well and and after going to the AWHP to check out "Eileen*, I realized that I watched the show back when she and Joey were "an item" cuz I specifically remember her, along with Joey's sister Angie and his mother Rose. I remember Angie being involved with Willis Frame.
Weird though, I should have been in school so not sure how/why I watched ~ maybe it was summer break and I watched with mom, who was dedicated to all three soaps at the time: DOOL, THe Doctors and AW.

I can't believe that the Peacock didn't do something to DIScourage the AW angle of the interview, especially since we are just weeks from the 10th anniversary of one of their VERY BIGGEST mistakes..... 
Love that Ray still likes to talk about AW, as opposed to some soap vets that do everything they can to keep from bringing up the topic...and wow, a pic from the show (yeah, like there would be an actual *clip* ) too! |
