Hi Everyone!
This is my 1st post on the forum. It's great to see AW on Hulu and I think 1991 was one of the best years in the show's history. I recently watched perhaps my favorite AW episode of all when Frankie "died" and Cass determined to bring her back.
But, you know, I watched AW for the better part of 20 years, from 1979 to the end, and in all that time I never heard any mention of Frankie's sister Molly, who had been in Bay City in the late '70's, before I started watching. Indeed, I have never even HEARD of her until I found Eddie's AW page a few years back.
Whatever happened to this character? She just seemed to have vanished off the face of the earth after leaving town, never seen or mentioned again.  |

~~~ICAM about 1991. However, I was truly enjoying the '81's on AOL.
We didn't have a vcr then, and I missed so many of those epis.
No vcr during *Molly*'s run either, and my memory's a little sketchy.
I think she was brought on as the "problem child" for that summer.
Whenever the writers wanted a quirky character they seemed to go
*Chadwell*, OK. If one of the *Frame/Ordway* clan arrived in town,
you knew some sort of trouble would follow. I'm pretty sure *Aunt Liz*
gave *Molly* a very hard time, especially after she set her sights on
*Pat*'s son, *Michael*.
You tweaked my interest about RM who played *Molly*...
I found her on the imdb. Looks like she tried to get back into the
business in 2007!

I seem to remember Frankie mentioning Molly once or twice. I know she mentioned calling her around the time Dean showed up on her doorstep(or in her and Cass's basement as it were). Other than that the Frames kind of went the way of the Matthews family by AW's end....out of sight, out of mind. |
