Okay, so Rachel has surgery on her eyes and could very well end up not being able to see and NO ONE in her family is present?  Matt is off hound-dogging 'tween Lorna & Jenna again, Amanda must be kissy-facing (ewww, btw) with NuSam, Paulina is finally getting some sheet-time with the Senator-elect and Jamie has not been seen once even though he's continually referenced as being "out it the hall talking to the doctors."  No Iris?  No good friend Felicia?

The only peeps hanging around Rachel's hospital bed are Michael & Spencer.  Very weird.

OTOH ~ Squeeeee!!!  Let the Lorna/Felicia hatefest begin!!!  Ms. Gallant was none-too-happy with ex-stepson Matt when he showed up at TOPS for Grant's victory party with Ms. Devon on his arm.  Somethin' tells me TPTW had already decided to make Lorna Fanny & Luke's long-lost daughter cuz the two of them are spittin' venom at each other already.  YES!  BTW ~ is Matt considered Felicia's "ex-stepson" or is he technically just her "stepson?"  

Three things I don't remember from watching the first time ~ 1) Ryan turning his father in for his dealings with Carl Hutchins and the totally rockin' fallout from that; 2) Iris and Kevin Anderson (Can you say *Cougar?*; and 3) Jenna & Dean acting as if he were, say, going to Africa to photograph endangered species for a year when he was just going to be in New York a couple of months.  Quit with the "I'm going to miss you so much" boo-boos.  It's just two months.  60 days.  1440 hours.  Young love.  Phoey.

Ok, so if Matt is still considered Felicia's stepson that means he tried to get it on (and in Lorna's case, he did) with his stepsisters. Matt you hound dog...

Jenna and Dean were so annoying with his trip to NY.  He blows off meetings and runs back to Bay City with Jenna for god knows what.  Wasn't this supposed to be his big break? She's walking around giving everybody attitude like it's Jenna's wurl and everybody is just a squirrel.  
Not to mention that after one lay in the hay she's willing to blow off school so she can have more time for Dean.  This brat is working my nerves much more than she did the first time around.

I like Kevin. He is cute and Iris is definitely in cougar mode.  U Go Girl.

The last place I would want Spencer Harrison was at my sickbed/surgery bed. The man is scum. He is THE biggest d!ckhead in the history of Bay City. Yes, he has surpassed Russ Matthews in my book. But Russ is still a respectable second.

Kinda too bad they didn't go with Iris and Kevin, at least until Hank and Tommy Kent came along.

Once he hit the sheets with Lorna, Matt totally became a hound dog, IMHO, stepsisters or not.

:ducking: I still like Jenna and Dean. No one will ever top Cass and Frankie for me, obviously, but I do like Jenna and Dean.

And WTG, Ryan, for turning in your scumbag not-a-father! It's just too bad he didn't manage to sink Grant as well; would have saved everybody a lot of time and heartache!

 I'm thoroughly enjoying the dynamic that Spencer is bringing to the Harrison family feud.  I never like it when everybody plays nice.  Very boring.  Someone has got to be the bad guy (or gurl, thank you Lorna!)

 Sorry, I think I slept thru Hank & Tommy the first time and suspect I will again.  Okay, maybe jes the Iris/Hank part.  I think Tommy was ill.  I didn't remember Iris & Kevin at all though I'm sure this is just a temporary dalliance.

Gonna leave Dean & Jenna alone cuz the more I watch the more I wanna....

I was a lot younger when I watched it the first time and prolly believed in such *sweet* romance.    hehe...dun lotsa learnin' in the meantime.
