Did anyone get an email from LD's website stating that she is moving to Facebook and Twitter? She will be doing away with her website in the next few months. According to the email LD had fallen last month and hurt her ribs. She is recovering nicely now. She is back to driving and gardening. Hope she feels better. |

*T* ~ THANK YOU SO MUCH for posting this message. No ~ I did not receive an email from LD's website and I have been very worried about her since she had not updated her site, her QVC blog, her newsletters and was a no-show at the Bidawee Gala last month. I sent an email to her agent/friend, Vivien, but I had not heard anything back.
Any chance you can cut and paste the email? I am so glad she's recovering cuz my mom hurt her ribs in a fall a few years back and I have not seen her suffer so much pain and discomfort. And knowing how active Linda likes to be (much like mom), especially in the garden and visiting her friends, it must have been very frustrating at not being able to move.
I wish Linda the very best in her recovery. I guess I am going to have to familiarize myself with Facebook and Twitter. Anyone here *Twitter?*

Interim News
Linda and MO have a new puppy, Ms. Mabel (the shitzu), she's working hard on all the new items for the 2nd Anniversary of the Linda Dano Home Collection (QVC-late September), has written new blogs available on QVC.com. Sadly, she recently lost her beloved sister-in-law, Vera Gheduzzi. They were great friends and she misses her very much.
Right before her birthday, Linda did take a nasty fall and cracked some ribs. Why she fell is a good lesson for all of us, she was trying to do too many things at one time.
For those of you that have done this, you know recovery can run anywhere from a few weeks to a few weeks. In Linda's case, she is back to gardening in Connecticut, driving and taking meetings for upcoming appearances.

K ~ cuz *Tasoula* put it on my radar again, I started a thread at the AWT board to see if anyone has any news on Linda. I have not been successful in trackin' down any info.
AWT interviewed Linda in what I'm gonna say was April ~ it was posted the week of her birthday (May 12) ~ so maybe someone there can get the skinny for us (Alina?) cuz I know they read our posts/threads.
When Twitter quits havin' fits (has issues today), I'm gonna *tweet* Ricky Paull Goldin cuz I know he and Linda are pals and maybe he has some news. Looks like RPG is very connected to the fans so maybe he'll help us out. Or he can at least tell Linda we're thinkin' about her.
