We knew her as *Sandra Ferguson* when she played Amanda Cory Fowler on AW. I found her on Twitter and we are now *following* her. She sent us a *Direct Message*, which is Twitter's version of this board's *Private Message* ~

I know we were treated to several fine actresses
in the role of *Amanda*...but Sandra will always be
*Amanda* to me. We literally watched her 'grow up' over the
decades. I know most fans are ardent *Sam&Amanda* fans,
but I actually liked *Amanda* best with*Cameron*.
I loved watching the scenes Sandra had with Douglass Watson and
Constance Ford. I'm sure many of us saw ourselves in Sandra's scenes
with Victoria Wyndham, sometimes as the mother & sometimes as the daughter.
Maybe Sandra can let us know what it's been like having an entirely
new crop of fans from SoapNet, AOL, & HULU.
California certainly agrees with *our little gurl*.
Ck out her website for the new business she has started:
Did y'all catch Sandra on "Two and a Half Men" last year?
The epi is titled "Meander to Your Dander".
She was delightful as *Georgia*.
I'm hoping *Georgia* makes another appearance in the new season,
with or without her 'girlfriend'!
I have yet to see either the brunette or redheaded Amandas (not sure if I ever will see the redhead Amanda in anything other than pics, actually), but Sandra IS Amanda Cory Fowler to me.
I know that I was always hard on her character of Amanda, especially during the whole Evan thing, since I liked Evan until he was sacrificed on the altar of The Golden Cory Daughter, but you know, looking back on it, they actually did much worse to the character of Olivia than they did to Amanda, and Sam-as-country-music-singer was just all-around hideous and lame. So while I'll always prefer Judi's Paulina, and even Carmen's Iris, if you're asking me to rate my favorite Cory daughters, Sandra's Amanda really is Mac and Rachel's daughter, and I mean that in a good way. I still think she was stupid during the whole Dustin Trent kidnapping story, but after seeing Rachel toss Mac aside for Mitch (my ultimate WTF moment) in the 1981 episodes AOL used to show last year, I have to admit, Amanda tossing Sam aside for Evan did make sense after all.
Our Sandra Dee is followin' me..prolly thinks, like *Reuban*, that I'm My Boy...lol!
Yeah, where is EB???? Dang, dat boy dropped off the face of the earth. Luved him cuz he took so much crap on sn about DUH, but kept such a cool head while defendin'!! _________________ http://www.freewebs.com/eplinlover/index.htm
