Okay, I knew about the Northwoods Inn (did they ever determine if Reggie burned it down so that everyone would go to his new restaurant, TOPS?) but how did Mary's Place and the Love Mansion burn down?

Mary's place caught on fire on New Years Eve, I believe while John & Sharleen were celebrating in it.... The Love mansion buring down was Reginald's fault. He trapped Donna there in an affort to lure Micheal to the mansion so he could kill him. As Reg & Michael were fighting, they knocked a candlestick over & the mansion caught on fire. Donna & Reg ended up falling out of the window together! _________________

I liked the whole Northwoods fire thing when Mitch went in and pulled Mac out although Mac fought him the whole time. Couldn't believe he flung him over his back and carried him out. I know that the *fire* was controlled by the special effects peep but if I was an actor, I would have a hard time doing a scene like that (course I am big-time skeered of fire). The flames were everywhere.

I've always loved that Frankie's birth name was 'Mary Frances'...that's my remaining sister's name!! I remember how surprised my late mother and I were to see a soap use her name as a character....

Mary's place caught on fire on New Years Eve, I believe while John & Sharleen were celebrating in it....
The fire actually started after Reuben broke into the back door with that girl (can't remember her name now) into the kitchen, looking for valuables or something, then heard a noise (John/Sharlene coming in the front I think) and ran out... Was Reuben or the girl smoking, or was it a cuptowel errantly thrown on the grill?? Either way, the kitchen caught fire.
