How many actresses played Vicky?

Is this a trick question?

Three contract actresses played the role: Ellen Wheeler originated the role; Anne Heche was, IMHO, the best and most memorable Vicky; and Jensen Buchanan played Vicky the longest.

But Cynthia Watros, who won a Daytime Emmy for her portrayal of psychotic nurse Annie Dutton on GL, briefly played Vicky sometime in the late '90s, because I saw clips of that listed at YouTube.

So three contract actresses, and one temporary recast. That's my guess.

It is kind of a trick question as she was extremely unmemorable but an actress named Rhonda Lewin played Vicky for a few months late 86 early 87.  Marley was off canvas.

Rebecca Hollen who played Peggy Lazarus but is better known as Trish Lewis on Guiding Light is the stepmother of much traveled major league baseball player Scott Downs.

Scott played for the Cubs and I saw Ms. Hollen at a game when she and her husband came into see him pitch.

But did you know? Anne Heche was only 18 years old when she took over the role of Vicky.

Too bad more of the cast wasn't at the studio that day to be in the picture....

Notice Linda's dress??  The same one she wore the night of the 1999 Daytime Emmys when she made the sad AW announcement....  Crying or Very sad  Crying or Very sad

~~~Yes, I remember it.
I love how that color accentuates
Linda's beautiful eyes.
