Part 2 of my story

Cass "Have you told Adam yet? I assume since I saw him today and he's not in the hospital Vince doesn't know yet."

M.J. "No, I've left him a few messages saying I need to talk to him. I have my first obstetrician appointment this afternoon. I'm not exactly sure how to tell Adam this news. I don't think he's going to happy."

Cass "I hope it works out in the end. I don't know what happened between you."

M.J. "I'll tell you another time. Right now I have to go to Dr. Prior's office."

Right then Adam walks in and hears her say that and doesn't say anything except "Hello, M.J. and Cass."

M.J. realizing it is not the time to spill the beans says "I have to get going. Cass bright and shiny 9 am tomorrow?" and she's off.

Cass and Adam have a brief discussion of the Reginald situation as Adam wonders why M.J. needs to see a doctor. And has a discussion with Cass about M.J. working for him.

Later that evening at Tops

Adam is meeting Jamie and Lisa for dinner.

Jamie is running late and Adam and Lisa get a table and start a general conversation.

Jamie finally arrives and says "Sorry I'm late but I had a chance to assist in a complicated delivery. Kerry Prior is the best obstetrician in the midwest. You don't pass up a chance to work with her."

Adam almost swallowing his tonge asks "Does Dr. Prior only practice in obstetrics?"

Jamie "Yes exclusively. She's the best and Bay City's mothers and babies are lucky to have her."

Adam "Is there another Dr. Prior in the hospital?"

Jamie "No."

Just as it is dawning on Adam exactly what M.J. going to see said Dr. Prior would mean the elevator opens and M.J. steps out......
