I love this idea, I'm going to try to check in every now and then and chat. From the other site I have the name Firefly7777, here I'm Teacuppie. I haven't written a lot in the past but lately, ever since the horrible departure of AW, I've had a bunch to say. Well, I'm looking forward to meeting people with this common interest.

Good morning Darlings
Wendy, I'm with Marlo...need the real stuff
 to get the eyes open.
We're being socked with another whopper of a storm. We were so
lucky last week at this time....jumping in the car....heading toward
Wildwood Crest, NJ. All 3 days were absolutely perfect. When I look
out at the bleak mess goin' on, I'm shaking my head in disbelief &
gratitude for our good fortune last weekend.
DH says he's 'getting out early' today so we can,
{I'm quoting here}" cuddle up, watch a movie, & enjoy the
rainy day". Who is this man?...and what has he done with my hubby??
Needless to say, time's short...so drink up whatever you've got in those
mugs & cuddle up later with someone or something
{no Wendy, I mean like a book& a purrring kitty} and "enjoy the rainy day".
 I just dripped coffee on my pants Just realized I
forgot to put the *teatowel* on my shoulder sorry *Ada*....

Mornin' from way up here in the right hand corner! Gray skies (so what's new?) but no storms like you guys.
Wendy ~~ sorry about the no caffiene but I gotta have my one cup with vanilla creamer (or as my DH says, creamer w/ a little coffee) or I can't get the bod in gear. When you said ~ Hope somebody brings some decaf to the table ~ it reminded me of one of AC Lorna's lines that I quote all the time when someone is goin' all wiggity on me "You know, there are decaffinated (sp) brands that are just as tasty." I don't remember who she said that too but it's one of my faves.
I'm running a little late this a.m. (and, like, this is helping). Got two "special" needs kitties of my own. Both need daily meds ~~ one twice every 12 hours apart or she seizes. Sometimes the little buggers aren't so cooperative (oh, really?) and this was one of those morns. So much for the ease of kats v. dogs! We have to find "sitters" to stay with them when we want to go on vacation. Oh well ~~ love them both like crazy and would die before I give either one of them up.
Enjoy your coffee (and hot pockets) and see ya later! I know I got a *Metro Cass* lesson coming  !

Annette, you're near Suzanne(annefan)....She's just North of the Border
I luv me some special need kitties. Had a few a couple years ago. No seizures, just a mom that went into shock cause she like to feed way to much...So I did the feedin'...Hopefully durin' this go around, she'll be able to nurse till they hit the dry food. That's one job I wouldn't want to do again!
What are the kitties names??? Luv to light a candle for their needs(if I keep this up, the house is gonna be engulfed in flames purdy soon).
The DH usually names ours('xept for Jake McKinnon, I managed to come up with that one all on my own).
Right now we have..Startin' with the kitties

Oh, and while in the shower I realized I said "right" hand corner, I meant LEFT hand corner. The other Washington...Geez...
