Thank you guys for the anniversary thoughts ~ I will pass them on to the folks. Just talked to mom ~ pops is going to fix her a nice lobster dinner tonight. He's a great cook and likes to make special dinners.

My DH usually screws up reheating leftovers
in the microwave! His strategy has worked
very well for him over the years. I'm always
chasing him out of the kitchen until the food
is on the table.
I'll save some pizza for Wendy...hope she pops in soon.
btw A, my fav is white spinach pizza with
fresh garlic, mushrooms, & tomatoes{in season}~
or sun-dried in a pinch. |

I forgot the mushrooms!! And I was going to say sun-dried maters cuz that's usually how you get it in a restaurant but if I can talk them into fresh then I get the fresh ones. Tomatoes is one of my basic food groups.

I have to admit, I got pretty lucky too. I would say that the DH cooks most of the time and he's quite good at it. I get home later than he does and he likes to eat at a decent time so he gets things started. Can get him to wash the dishes too, though I must say he draws the line at the gucky stuff in the sink drains and the greasy stove.

I'm gonna guess, NOT in the state of Illinois, because I've never met any guy here that's anywhere near the way those of you with DHs (and in Cilla's case a dear fiance) say your guys are like.
Yet another reason to get out of this state: so I can find my soulmate!
