the writers seem to have a sense of humor and if they can bring Grant back from "the dead," let's hope they bring back some fan-faves like JakeJake & Frankie.
Also, LOVE the way they add *hulu* vids to the mix though the first one is from the last AW episode that aired on June 25, 1999. Glad that WMG didn't get their mitts on it and remove the Bette Midler song.

Oopsie, sorry, my bad! I presumed you read it to get a *taste* of what they were going to do. I went back and put my last post in a *Spoiler* so as not to mess it up for anybody else.
If ya do get a chance to do some readin', you will see that they wanna use characters that are currently seen in the '91 hulu epi's but obviously also paid attention to what's gone on the last ten years. The good news is that there will be fan input so like I said, it's time for us to *undo* what happened to Jake & Vic in Oakdale cuz you know dat...

The main one being my joy over the fact that Another World is "alive & well"!
*We* are finally being recognized and acknowledged by P&G
which has been a long time coming and is greatly appreciated by this lifetime fan.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if P&G took the next steps & produced

I wish I could be as excited about this as the rest of you are, but the whole Cass still being with Lila thing has really taken the wind out of my sails as it were. I know the site says that fans will have the opportunity to vote back their favorite characters from any era(hopefully that includes characters who were killed off and shouldn't have been, i.e. Frankie, Ryan, Vicky, Jake, Michael...) but it still hurts not to have Cass and Frankie together now. And in my heart of hearts I still believe that had AW remained on the air there is no way in heck that Cass would have put up with that piece of trash they stuck him with for more than two seconds. August will be thirteen years that they killed off Frankie and I can't believe how much this still hurts.
And in the first installment why weren't Paulina and Joe at Rachel's for Easter? Apparently Jamie returned to Bay City some time after AW went off the air but shouldn't the Carlino's have been there as well?
Overall I guess I'm skeptical and cautiously optimistic at the same time. Hopefully this P&G "project" will live up to its potential but for now I still feel as if I've been kicked in the gut all over again.

I am so glad that AW is still being recognized. Maybe people will realize what a mistake they made getting rid of it like they did. I hope it is a success. Anything Another World is fine with me.
