There is another site that is connecting bloggers with advertisers. It's Bloggerwave, and it's a new site. They approved my blog in 24 hours, and I submitted to 2 opportunities that were available. 24 hours later I had both of them approved. So once this site gets up and going, it appears to be another good site for bloggers and advertisers.
