I flat out cant ride flats. I have trouble doing anything on flats I have been riding clips for so long.
I should probably start though.

I dont really agree with the whole flats at the track idea. If you have clips you should ride them at the track so when you race youre using them one hundred percent as in pulling as well as pushing. Just because if youre always practicing with flats you wont be pulling up with the pedals so your body becomes accostomed to not pulling and you take away the advantage of the clips.
