Hey Spence,

I think I am going to be riding RS's old Standard frame since my Welham is all messed up.

What do you think about the sizing?

Pro XL size.

Also, how would you set it up in terms of BB to handlebar distance?

Your Joking right?

Its not a road bike.

Why dont you just get a decent bike and stop riding garbage?

S&M 38 special with a 21 top tub and Berringer light bars with a S&M race stem and no spacers.

Nick-

If you aren't afraid of pink, I still have my Felt XL.

What happened to your Welham?

Spencer, you are the one that told me that there should be certain distance between the BB and the handlebar.

What's wrong with the geometry/quality of the Standard?

I rode one before and didn't have a problem.

The Welham is now Jeremyized (AKA ovalized headtube) when he 50/50'd the pro double at Southpark when he tore up his face.

I guess I will just give it a try and see what happens.

I talked about a distance between the front axle and the bottom of the bars.

The other measurement I spoke of was rider area. The distance between the bottom bracket and top center head tube.

Nick-
Are you getting the new carbon GT?

No comment on the Felt?

FYI- I just purchased a JW products 44t sprocket and a 50mm stem. (downsized from the s & m 53mm race stem) My cranks were not spinning freely and I always had a high spot running a cassette. This new set-up is awesome. Plus the quality and weight of these products is incredible. And get this... it is all American Made!!

I would recommend his products to everyone.

I have a GT on hold.  I will hold off on the Felt.  Seem like nice bikes, I just haven't ever really ridden one.

As far as the JW stuff goes, it seems really nice.  I am going to get a few of their things at Grands I think.

I am going to talk to our GT rep and see what the possibilities are of getting that frame.

If you change your mind on the felt, it's yours to use.

I forgot that Jeremy wrecked at S.P. and broke in your Welham.

What?!

Pulling out the short jokes?

At least I can jump a 7' table without panicking and grabbing the front brake, thus putting you in a dusty pile on the ground.

No, I was just curious as to how that number worked out

Does the hot dog I dropped in the seat tube smell yet.

Packed it with dry ice, so it should have lasted until now.

Ought to get good and smelly by the end of the weekend.
