Don't even ask here.

Come into the shop, get an appointment with Margaret Thompson and she will microfit you for $50-100.

Best money you will ever spend if you are serious about riding the road bike.

P.S. This will hurt your fast twitch muscles.

And I will make fun of you for wearing spandex.

And shaving your legs.

And talking with that weird limp wrist gesture.

Fair warning.

I'm out.

And, you would probably need a 54 or 56 cm.

I'm out.

For real this time.

Later,

Ross,

Come into Syracuse. No charge for a professional bike fit. My guess is you would be on a 56. We could toss you on the Tacx machine. It's a virtual trainer and let you try out a couple bikes.

We have Felt and Specialized in stock.

wow, microsizing and virtual trainers ?

right now I'm trying to decide whether to drain the bank on a road bike or put away my money. I have to stop by the shop some time soon to get some parts for rochelle's bike and mine, so I'll check out some bikes there and try to get an idea of what I'd have to spend
