|
|
Since my race bikes are dialed, I decided to build a decent park / trail bike. I do have an Eastern traildigger, but it's a hi-ten steel partial frame and fork, and very heavy.
So here is what I am starting with:
Fly Campillo frame (white)
Sunday morning 2.1 fork (white)
Demolition wheels (white)
profile chrome cranks
Odyssey senior saddle (white)
Fly seatpost (coffee)
profile imperial 25t (brown)
odyssey CFL stem (white)
odyssey twisted pc pedals (clear)
Fly u-brake, lever and hangar (coffee)
odyssey slic linear cable (white)
s&m slam bars (white)
animal grips (brown)
2 animal glh tires 2.1
eastern spanish 19mm bb
Hopefully I will have it built within the next couple weeks. I already have the frame, wheels w/ tires mounted and grips. So I do have alot left that I am waiting on from Advance Cyclery. _________________ Bye for now,

Bike is done. Unfortunately my camera will not work with windows vista, so I am seeking alternate routes.
It looks awesome and is really dialed according to people who have seen it.
Some parts have changed though due to out of stock issues. Here is the current list:
Fly Campillo frame (white)
Sunday morning 2.1 fork (white)
Demolition wheels (white)
profile chrome cranks
Odyssey senior saddle (white)
Fly seatpost (coffee)
profile wake 25t (white)
Fly Potencia stem (coffee)
odyssey twisted pc pedals (white)
Fly u-brake and hangar (coffee)
Odyssey monolever medium (black)
odyssey slic linear cable (white)
s&m slam bars (chrome)
animal grips (brown)
2 animal glh tires 2.1
primo spanish 19mm bb
It took me about 2hrs to fully complete.
I have ridden it once at xdreams, and had a couple minor issues which have now been fixed.
The one thing I really need to get is a 1/2 link chain. The standard chains just don't work well with the smaller gearing.
As soon as I figure out camera / computer probs, I will post pics. _________________ Bye for now,

Sounds like a awesome set up. Only thing i would change would be the pc pedals. And those animal grips will wear out pretty quick I had a pair for 3 weeks that i put a hole through. Cant wait to see pics. _________________ Justin Wade |
