I have Profile hubs that I got from Jeff(Jefe), I am wondering if I can retrofit the allen head bolts in place of the threaded axle and nuts? I think it looks snazzy and I am all about the bling......
Thank you

I would imagine an axle swap would be in order.

Call Profile.

I see on their site, they make a replacement bolt/stud thingy. Are my hubs a through axle? or do they have an axle stub threaded in like the MTB ones I see there.

I would say you probably have the stud style that is an insert but I'm not sure.  You have to either take it apart or call them up.  I would try to avoid taking them apart on your own.

I have to order the cog lock ring. The cleats I have in stock, depending on what kind of pedals you have.

I believe the profile hubs are a studded axle.
