I think going from first turn to 3rd turn, implementing a pro section and am section, is the way to go. The 2nd turn and 2nd and 3rd straights don't need to be there. It is basically set up like a nascar road race now.
Let's get on with some BMX racing and bring the pros in and challenge the more experienced ams with a pro section and long 2nd straight. It will allow for more wide open racing. _________________ Bye for now,

would be nice but i really dont know if theres room enough to make a useful pro set between second and third turn there... i do belive it wont take much to make this track top notch its got such a good start with its faclity already only nicer faclity its self is woodward which cant be beat lol... might beable to take fence down on 4th sraight and swing it out wide and put a pro set though there and cut it back in somehow... but thats a big project and involves completely redoing 2 corners _________________ hit up HUBIES restaurant/pizzaria or their catering or wood stove shop |

i guess the gate was fixed since i was there last cause when i went in like july or something i had to hit the gate before every moto to get it to rise up.
if you could make the rhythem section similar to the pottstown rhythem that would be rad. i love that rhythem sections. it is challenge and you can carry speed but its not too deep where little kids are just bonking all over the place.
also i would like to see 4 straight the one thats next to the bleachers have more flow and the lips re done. other then that the track is awesome. if done right tri city could host a national i think. _________________ richie smith

You can count on the same layout this year. The first turn was just paved in the begining of 08 and to fix that turn and turn 3 to meet up with each other just isnt going to happen. The funds are not there. The main thing is to get it back in shape and smooth again. |
