Shawn is negotiating with many-time AA Champion John Purse to come to Bonzai to teach a two-day weekend clinic. It'll get you faster, and it'll give you a chance to hang out with  one of the ranking AAs in the sport.

Are you into it; would you attend?

Any questions, ideas, suggestions? Let's hear 'em!

The date is set, May 5 - 6, with a single-point make-up race on Saturday night, and a $500 Pro-Am on Sunday.

This should be an awesome - big - Bonzai BMX weekend.

Update: ABA Hall of Famer Cash Matthews is bring his University Cyclery BMX team to Bonzai for this weekend.

He has placed a challenge that Bonzai will run more motos that weekend than any track in So-Cal.

Ladies and Gentlemen: This will be the biggest single-point weekend in the history of Central Arkansas BMX. We got money, we got Hall of Famers, we got national bike shop teams, we got AAs, we got the absolute latest in training, we got it all - all.

Miss this and miss the story which will be told around the campfire for many years to come.

That was one awesome clinic -- and an awesome weekend, including Sunday's awesome race, which was awesome, especially the excitement around the ProAm.

That ProAm may have been the biggest thing we've ever done on a single point, in fact I'm saying it is.

It was awesome.
