To hide a url behind a text click on the URL button in the top right hand corner of the page you are writing on. you will see this [url] you will also notice that the button has changed and now has a star beside it.
Backspace once to get rid of the last bracket and type in the = key. so it will now look like this [url= Then either type in the url you want or paste it in. it will now appear as [url=www. whatever.com hit the ] bracket key. Note remember to use the] not ) we are using BB codes here and not HTML. it will now look like this [url=www. whatever.com] Then simply type in the words you want to use I will put spaces in it to illustrate as it would not show up [url= www. whatever.com ] Link Then click on the URl button again it will look like this [url= www. whatever.com ] Link [/url]
without the spaces of course. When you send or preview your message all you will see is the word Link with the url hidden in it.

Perhaps I just explained it badly. If you hold your cursor over the URL button on the top of the page it will show you what I mean. It is not hard and IMHO looks neater than just a url on the page.
