Hi,
A friend of mine has had trouble connecting to the net via Internode and they have asked her to see if she can get another modem to test whether its the line or modem causing an issue.
If I offer to take my modem from my machine, plug it into her machine, will I have any issues when I bring it home again?
i.e: Will the different PC cause some sort of conflict when I return? Or is it a dumb machine that will plug and play?
For the record, I run XP, she's got a new machine running on Vista.
