My dad has an old detector, still works. I went out today for the first time in my woods where people used to dump trash. A bunch of bottles. I detected over the site and i started digging and only found an old can, had to dig a ways for it. It's too hot right now. I might go on another hunt when it gets cooler or after it rains so the ground is softer. I don't know what kind it is, maybe a compass? thats what it says real big on the circle thing.  |

Probably a Compass.
Nice old machine, but not as good as the new ones.
