If any of you roll searchers comes across counterstamped Lincolns, I'd love to have them.  They're kind of hard to come by up here in Canada, and I've got one lonely one from 1976 counterstamped with Paul Revere.  I want to try to get as many as I can, and see where the collection goes from there.  I'm willing to entertain offers.

Thanks,

I'm not sure what a counterstamped Lincoln would be?  I know I should but I can't think of it just now.

Topher, "Cool" I have searched through many, many boxes and have never found one. If I do I will PM you. I do own a Large Cent counterstamped with the #6. Have to find it and will post pic later.

I'm mostly curious as to how many different ones there are, and how they came about.  The one I have is from 1976 and the reason for Paul Revere is to commemorate the bicentennial of the US.  I think most people overlook these which is why I'm interested in them.  They shouldn't cost me too much to collect that way.  Of course, I can only collect Lincolns, because it's illegal to alter coinage here in Canada.  Thus, my collecting will need lots of help.

These are starting to come in.  Got some today that I didn't know I was getting, which made for a nice surprise.  On top of that, they were ones I have never seen before.  I think Santa is bringing me a camera for Christmas.  (Well, I KNOW he's bringing me one.  He's going to use some of my Sony points that I've been saving for the past two years.  LOL)  I'll get some photos after the holidays once I figure out how to use the darn thing.
