Hm, yeah, I wanted to ask you about your opinion on cheating.
My friends/or desk neighbours often expect me to tell/show them my answers during a test/an exam and I don't really want to. I hate it when people copy other people's solutions. But they call it "helping a friend"...is this really "help"? _________________

Nope that isn't helping because they just want to cheat off of you. Besides cheating from you won't help them. To help is to let them find their own answers and they can learn from it. |

Coping directly from another source (in other words, not using your own brain to find the solution) is cheating to me. But if you learn from that source and try to figure out most of the problem on your own, I don't consider it cheating. If you really want to help a friend learn, be a teacher and teach them the way it should be done; show them how to achieve the correct answer so they'll be able to solve similar problems on their own. And make sure to point out their mistakes along the way so they don't repeat it. ^ ^ _________________

I agree with both Akemi and Sakura. If they just copy it down without learning anything, you aren't helping them because they aren't getting anything from it.
If you want to help them, you should help them through the problems step by step. _________________ The Cellist says:

you wun be only not helping, you yourself would get affected by it. if you get caught you would bear the same consquences as you were the one who is willinging leting your friend copy from you. also wen copying, your friend would be using you. and friends dun use people. if he/she does not understand the topic, tell her no, i cannot let you copy it, but i can teach you. that why while you teach her, you will remember it better, and she/he will learn from it as well. you both can help each other in this way. cheating is a big no no! integrity is a virtue! =] _________________

^right..and in violin, one of the hardest parts is to keep the sound in the perfect tune..
in piano..just for safe, you have to reach 10th or 11th..but i only can reach 9th.. |

We have the same hand size then ^.^
I only play piano for fun, so on those occasions it's possible just to leave the notes you can't reach out. Or try fit them into the other hand's part. If you could scan the part you find troublesome I'll try to help, if that's possible? Otherwise you could play the piece on a keyboard, they tend to have smaller keys than a regular piano.
As for what to eat... red bean! because it's delicious, green leafy vegetables because they're good for you, and calcium (milk, cheese, yoghurt) because it's good for the bones _________________
