Rules:
1. They should NOT be Mary Sues or Gary Studs. Those kinds of characters piss me off and I'll admit it's hard to NOT make a Mary Sue or Gary Stud, especially if it's not intentional.
2. They shouldn't be related or interfere with the canon characters, unless you can honestly make it work. This ESPECIALLY applies if you want to RP in the original plot.

Profiles don't have to be really, really detailed, but don't make them like over a page either. You might as well write a story in that case. ^^;

I've used my OC for my example (might change her last name and a few things though...), and I KNOW I've got an issue of making long profiles unintentionally, among other things, so I hope this one isn't too long and doesn't sound like I'm making her seem like a Mary Sue.
Name: Ruika Novikov
Age: 16 (or 17 depending on RP)
Eye Color: Blueish gray or sky blue (depends on how the light hits her eyes)

Instrument(s) Played (if any): Violin, Viola (plays violin mainly; viola's mainly is just to help her improve), and Piano (she hasn't played in public in years and no one knows why besides her parents)
Class and Grade: Second Year, Music Department, Class A (2-A)
Personality: She not the most talkative person in the world, and is quite calm and reserved most of the time. Though she'll gladly talk if the conversation isn't boring. Of course.. the moment she gets her hands on sugar, chocolate especially, she goes into all hyper mode and will stay that way until she either runs out or someone takes it out of her hands on purpose (which is not the wisest idea, as in that case, she'd be in a REALLY cranky mood).
Bio: She's a music prodigy, but for her, it's not all as it's cracked up to be. Sure, she's becoming quite well know, not as famous as her parents as of yet, and loves music, she struggles to get past a tragic event in her past. The funny part about her past is that strangely enough, no one has really realized that her current parents aren't her real parents, but are aunt and uncle on her father's side, despite the fact that both her real parents were also famous musicians. Of course, the fact that she's now at Seiso Academy is quite a mystery to most people, considering that she's famous... The truth of the matter is that she had made a deal with her parents that she wouldn't call herself an official pro until she at LEAST finished high school.

Personality: She loves the harp, but was to afraid to try for the concourse because she knows that the harp is uncommon. Nohto is very ambitious, and her wish is to participate in the concourse. With the harp. She plans on trying the next year, maybe if she gets people to like the harp more.
Bio:Her history with the cello is very short. She started at the age of seven, but her parents discontinued her because they were almost bankrupt. But Nohto continued in secret because she wanted to help pay off the family depts. The harp is more of what she's good at. By the time her parents discontinued her lessons, she had already made her name known, and soon the town and the area around her home started calling in to her to perform. Then, with a payed job, she started to play the harp again. But she loves the cello more. Her parents already forgot all about the cello, but Nohto still practices in secret. Nohto has her eye on the regular student, Shimizu Keiichi, and always tries to play the pieces he plays on the cello, and that has improved her a lot. She has only talked to Shimizu once, but is practically in love with him.

Personality: She is kind and gentle. Has a bubbly atmosphere around her and she loves to help people. She is very passionate about music, she might always be happy and carefree on the outside, it is not actually true as she likes to hide her feelings from other people. she is also not a really open person. when people ask her of hersself she would not say much.
Bio: although she always have been pressurized about music. as her parents are musicians as well, they want her to do well, and expects the best standards. although sometimes she gets harsh comments from her other classmates as they think she is too proud and thinks that she is "really" good as her parents are musicians and she got into the music department by pulling strings.which is not true cause if she didn't do well enough her parents would always discriminate her. she does not really have any true friends as she thinks that they might desert her. despite the fact that she tries her hardest at everything she strives in, some people still look down on her. many people have fallen for her looks, and many girls would get jealous as the guys would look at her, and not them. she finds herself in a difficult position, when she wants her privacy as guys keep following her. she would run up to the rooftop to hide by herself. she always wondered when all this nuisance would stop, and finally live up to her parents expectations, without people thinking she had asked her parents to help her with her problems. _________________ "~*Music Of The Violin Sonata*~"
