Here are my OC profile(s), so you won't have to go the main section of the OC characters section for it. XP

Name: Ruika Novikov
Age: 16 (or 17 depending on RP)
Eye Color: Blueish gray or sky blue (depends on how the light hits her eyes)
Hair Color: Black with dirty blonde highlights
Height: 5' 5"
Instrument(s) Played (if any): Violin, Viola (plays violin mainly; viola's mainly is just to help her improve), and Piano (she hasn't played in public in years and no one knows why besides her parents)
Class and Grade: Second Year, Music Department, Class A (2-A)
Personality: She not the most talkative person in the world, and is quite calm and reserved most of the time. (It takes a lot to make her lose her temper; of course, with her cousin, Alexei, it's a whole~ different story.) Though she'll gladly talk if the conversation isn't boring. Of course.. the moment she gets her hands on sugar, chocolate especially, she goes into all hyper mode and will stay that way until she either runs out or someone takes it out of her hands on purpose (which is not the wisest idea, as in that case, she'd be in a REALLY cranky mood). When it comes to music, especially when she goes into her 'serious' mode, she completely ruthless in her critisims; she won't sugar coat anything, which when she was younger... wasn't exactly a good thing. (not that it's that good of a thing now...)
Bio: She's a music prodigy, but for her, it's not all as it's cracked up to be. Sure, she's becoming quite well know, not as famous as her parents as of yet, and loves music, she struggles to get past a tragic event in her past (there were really two events that really affected her, but one more that the other). The funny part about her past is that strangely enough, no one has really realized that her current parents aren't her real parents, but are aunt and uncle on her father's side, despite the fact that both her real parents were also famous musicians. Of course, the fact that she's now at Seiso Academy is also quite a mystery to most people, considering that she's famous... The truth of the matter is that she had made a deal with her parents that she wouldn't call herself an official pro until she at LEAST finished high school.

Name: Alexei Novikov
Age: 16 (or 17 depending on RP)
Eye Color: Hazel
Hair Color: Dark blue (though it looks black at times)
Height: 5' 10"
Instrument(s) Played (if any): Viola, Violin (plays it ocassionally), and Saxophone (as he loves jazz music)
Class and Grade: Second Year, Music Department, Class B (2-B)
Personality: Like Ruika, he's also quite calm and reserved (at least with music), but... unlike her, he has a fiery temper. He tends to say things that are completely impulsive and really acts on his instincts most of the time. That makes it quite difficult to figure out what he's thinking at times since he can be nice one minute and a complete jerk the next. He's also quite the rebel too as he really could care less what his parents thought of him. Deep down though, he's a bit insecure about himself and his talent.

His best friend, Takuya Suzuki, knows that fact all too well and tries his best to cheer him up.

Bio: He's Ruika's cousin. He's been in Ruika's shadow ever since his parents found out that she was a music prodigy and though he's quite talented himself, he doesn't see it (nor realizes it). In his mind, it bothers him immensely that no matter how much he practiced, he could never surpass Ruika. His feelings of hatred and jealousy over the years have really warped his personality, which is why he acts the way he does (and of course his parents negleting him because of Ruika had a definite impact on him as well), and how his music sounds different. Not that it sounds worse, but.. just not the same as when he was younger. He DOES respect and care about her deep down, not that he'd admit it though. There was a time that he really did wish that she wasn't around when he was younger, while they were still living in Paris, but he regretted that after what happened to her. To the present, Ruika doesn't know it, but ever since Ruika's been living with them, there are things that she doesn't know, but he does. He just hasn't found the right time to tell her though.

Name: Futari Mizuki
Age: 16

Appearance: Mizuki has bright olive green eyes which are large and curious. Her ash colored hair\ barely brushing her shoulder’s, with her long bangs brushed to the side and held with a star shaped clip. She stands at a height of 5’6”, and is almost unhealthily thin, and greatly resembles what you might call, “an ironing”, in that she has no curves and has an essentially flat chest. She’s never caught dead without at least 5 bracelet’s on her wrist, and without at least one necklace around her neck, unless a teacher has confiscated them for the day, on grounds of breaking the dress code.

Instrument Played (if any): Mizuki play’s the harp as her main instrument, but during her free time, she play’s double reed instrument’s, like oboe and bassoon.

Class and Grade: First Year, Music Department, 1-A

Personality: Mizuki is a very upbeat person, with a tendency to dress in a rebellious style, and act in a tomboyish way. She’s optimistic and loves music- any kind of it, as long as it has a melody of some kind. She hates people who put down other’s, and due to her innocent outlook on life, she acts childish at times. (Though, more often then not, she does this on purpose, instead of naturally.) But in all honestly, Mizuki is really a very calculating and intelligent person, who loves nothing more then hacking the school system and digging around to see what the student’s at Seiso Academy are really like.

Bio: Mizuki comes from a family who has rarely touched the subject of music, instead, make themselves proficient in the financial business. Her family is extremely wealthy, but nonetheless, being female, and the youngest, not much is expected of Mizuki concerning her future, which is why she rarely takes on the ladylike appearance her family would prefer her to have. She studies music because her eldest brother, Haruno, who is poised to continue the business, likes listening to music in his free time, and Mizuki showed a particular talent for the very subject he liked. Therefore, at his urging, Mizuki’s parents enrolled her into Seiso Academy, and now expect the best from her, instead of the nothing from before, which doesn’t suit the rebellious girl at all.

Name: Futari Kei
Age: 18
Eye Color: Olive Green
Hair Color: Jet Black
Height: 5’9’’
Instrument(s) Played (if any): Piccolo
Class and Grade: Third Year, Regular Department, 3-B

Personality: Kei quite the opposite of his younger sister, being very calm and quiet. He dislikes any kind of music that is loud, or cheery, and is often very sullen about this fact. His self-confidence is near 0, or, at least his self-confidence of him getting anything better then second-rate. Kei also has a bad habit of accidentally insulting other people, and his indifference and sarcasm simply spur on this habit. The fact that he’s always half asleep doesn’t help either, as he rarely realizes what he’s doing until it’s too late. He’s mature beyond his years, and often carries more responsibility then even his older brother. He rarely cares about anyone else but himself, and mostly keeps to himself. During his bitter spells, he has a short temper, rarely smiles, and isn’t sleepy at all. However, when he deems it fit, Kei can be a gentleman amongst gentlemen, but otherwise, he’s often too sleepy to care.

Around his best friend, Akino, he's very disdainful, and often shoots snide remarks at his bipolar companion, who's well used to it now, and simply brushes it aside.

Bio: Kei, being the second oldest son, has always been second place in everything, even though he put’s in a lot of effort, he has never gotten first place. He grew up chasing Haruno’s shadow, causing him to lose most of his self-confidence. As a bitter child, he often snapped at everything, even though it seemed as if with such a successful family, he had everything, he hated living as a Futari. He avoided speaking to his siblings, and became rather detatched from his family, which calmed him down and taught him to keep his frustration to himself.

Name: Lin Seiji (SAY-gee)
Age: 17
Eye Color: Prussian Blue
Hair Color: Light Black
Height: 5’7”
Instrument(s) Played (if any): Piano - Main, Gaohu- Chinese instrument
Class and Grade: 2-B – Second Year – Musical Department
Personality: Seiji is a very laid-back guy, who spends most of his time lounging around doing nothing. He ends up playing his Gaohu more then his Flute, but because the Gaohu is not specialized in Seiso Academy, his main study at school is the piano. He is a very thin person, and can sometimes be found in a wheelchair when his stamina drops. He was born unable to move his arms any higher then his shoulder, but this doesn’t really bother him, and he doesn’t mind everyone knowing. This causes him to be unable to participate in physical sports, which is why he’s enrolled in the Musical Department of Seiso- that way, he doesn’t have to feel quite as different. He doesn’t like being judged for his music, but instead, prefer’s playing for other peoples’ enjoyment. As calm as Seiji is, he is a very agreeable person, and his mind is wide and open for all ideas, making him extremely understanding.

Bio: Born in China, on the first day the snow fell, his parents moved to Japan after his elementary school education to allow him to attend Seiso after learning of his disability. His family puts on a show every Sunday, playing their music in the park. His mother plays the Dizi, normally the main melody with Seiji, his sister, the yangqin, and lastly, his father, who is the owner of a small bookstore, plays the Duxinqin. (The Duxinqin is the string instrument, not the bells.) All in all, his entire family is a very traditional family, be it what they eat, the music they play, or the language they speak. His disability has never gotten him in trouble, and nor has it ever proved a real problem to him, so he accepts the fact, or, sometimes he just doesn’t notice, because he doesn’t have any reason to raise his arms. Seiji has lived a rather normal life, with plenty of friends, and not many troubles, as contrary as to what people might think.

Age: 17 (or 18 depending on when the story begins)
Eye Color: Navy blue
Hair Color: Blonde
Height: 5' 6 1/2"
Instrument(s) Played (if any): Clarinet only.
Class and Grade: Third Year, Music Department, Class B (3-B)
Personality: Haruka is very self-confident and will take on any challenge given to her even if she knows she might lose in it. Her pride makes her a weak person sometimes but she can't seem to change that about herself. She is a person who never likes to give in or give up. Sorta like a sore loser type. When she loses, she'd always run back to the challenger and demand a rematch.
Bio: Since Haruka is from a wealthy family, she grew up with people always spoiling her so it's always something hard to believe when she doesn't get what she wants in life. She doesn't like learning new instruments because she believes that if she puts her whole concentration on a single instrument, she could master it completely and flawlessly. Her main goal in life is to become the best clarinet player in the world and she will try to achieve that even if she might end up very lonely in the end.
