2 large cans of veg-all (do not drain)
1 large can of cream of chicken soup
1 can Chicken Broth
1 bag of frozen (peas and carrots)
2 tablespoons of yellow mustard
2 cups of milk
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon peppercorn pepper
1 bag no yolk egg noodles (dumplin style)
Chicken (cut up, cubed, make sure there's no skin or fat)
2 tablespoons oil
In a large skillet, place the oil, and the diced/cut up chicken, fry. (I always put a lil salt and peppercorn pepper on the chicken prior to frying it, and let it just sorta marinate in the oil for a short time prior to frying it.)
Take a large crock pot, put the frozen peas/carrots in, dump in both cans of veg-all, and the cream of chicken soup, and the broth. Add the mustard, milk, sea salt, and peppercorn pepper. Next add the chicken (after you've cooked it).
Now, let all of this cook on low, (all day while your at work, or all night and the next day...the longer and lower the heat temp the better the flavor actually). I normally put this on prior to bed, and let it cook on low all night and all day.
Just before your ready to eat turn the temp up to high for about 30 mins, then dump in the no yolk dumplin egg noodles...they will cook up in the soup. Maybe 30 mins. prior to the time your ready to eat. Once you start eating turn the heat back down to the lowest setting on your crock pot.
Enjoy!!![/center]
