I just wanted to publicly acknowledge a few CVR members for stepping up and helping me out. Laura Moore, Dan Bowman and Duane Higby came and volunteered their time at the RALong, Washougal, Woodland track meet. All us coaches at RAL are indebted to you for making it a well run meet. And to top it all off, our boys won the meet and our girls tied for first with Woodland! Also a big thank you goes out to Nick for taking some great pictures and as always providing comic relief.
