I have been icing and stretching my achilles tendons coupled with taking Ibuprofen to make them loosen up so I don't look so much like Frankenstein when I walk. The ice would help for a little while but the ibuprofen didn't seem to touch it. So I decided to try this sample of Badger Sore Muscle Rub I had received from a previous race. Amazing stuff!! It took the pain away instantly and I was able to walk fairly normally. Aspercreme doesn't even compare. Needless to say I ordered some it. I highly recommend this product!
