So, each RP has their own set of rules? Sure! But SiteWide rules will still apply.

A few suggestions
1: you have way too many forums if you can have sub forums it works easier
2: the groups permission colours there are a few too many also
i have more i will suggest them later |

How do I do subforums? I haven't figured out...
Anyways, this is nothing compared to a friend of mine's forum...
And, the rank colors were supposed to be for whatever post rank you have (the more posts, the higher rank), but I guess you're right. It is a little troublesome.

There's nothing in the admin panel about SubForums. I've searched it clean.

usually to create subforums you create a new forum within a forum and thus creating a sub forum
