So far I have gathered this much information on them.
According to someone in general chat who was HIGHLY informed about Osteth and the Ley Lines....
Osteth: Is the land of Dereth itself split into three parts.
Ley Lines: Magical veins or lines that all lead to the obsidian plain.
That person reccomended looking around Obsidian plains.
However they may be around Dereth.
Have yet to talk to Nomender al-Rakh in Sawato about what you get off of it.
Town Crier tells you, "Nomendar al-Rakh, a geomancer in Sawato, is looking for people who've had encounters with those ley line bandits in the north and south of Osteth." |
