Simple partiton that huge drive they give you with the new vista rigs i have 3 partions one for windows, one for the recovery stuff and one for storage.
I search the web for partitioning vista drives or somthing like that and learned how it was easy
iinstall decal to your storage drive
iinstall all your plugin's to your storage drive in a plugin folder
